This incident occurred when I was in eleventh grade. We were going to have the monthly exam then. My friends and I had been stay at school to study. One day, one person of our group rushed into the library to occupy the seats we usually sat. But a few minutes later, a twelfth grader came to us and told us that they usually sat there, we should not occupy their seats. In fact, we got there first, so we didn’t take them too seriously and went out for dinner. After we finished our dinner and went back to the library, unbelievably, we found they threw our school bag outside. We raged but couldn’t do anything then.

After that incident, I was still angry. I told other friends what had happened. Almost my friends were outraged, too. But one of my friends named Bo-wen was still calm. I couldn’t understand and feel confuse. And I asked ‘Why don’t you angry?’ He smiled and told me ’Just don’t feel angry!’

At that moment, I thought it wasn’t a constructive way. But when I stopped being angry and calmed down. I couldn’t help to agree with him. He’s right! Angry could solve anything but provoke hatred. I can hardly remember the details of that event, but I will always remember Bo-wen’s smile and his philosophy of life.
